The first phase is sold out, only 3 townhouses remain available in the second phase, the third phase villas are all sold and the fourth phase of 2/ 3 or 4 bedroom private pool villas has just been released for sale.

Onsite there is a Spa, fitness centre and coffee shop; there will be a beach club opening shortly with a shuttle service from the site to the beach. Villa owners will also have the use (at cost) of the company catamaran.

A rental program is available, which offers a guaranteed rental income of 6% (of purchase price) per year for 2 years and 28 days occupancy per year. Alternatively, you can choose the ordinary rental program without guarantee that allows you to occupy your villa as frequently as you wish.
