This plot is 7 rai, 3 Ngan and the asking price is 4m baht per rai with 45 metres beachfront and 35 metres roadfront.

There are other plots either side but the owners in Bangkok do not want to sell, preferring to sit and wait for a higher price.

Apparently, they have already refused offers of 5 million baht per rai.

The plot is on the west coast, near a Villa and Condo development and the Novotel resort which will commence construction soon.
