This is 232 rai of land in 6 plots (owned by different members of the same family) at 700,000 baht per rai, with coastal access via a Mangrove forest.

 

I first visited this Island in 2006 for Valentine's weekend and the pace at which it is changing at, is incredible but land prices still remain very low compared with Phuket.

 

These particular plots are on the east coast near to a 5 star resort and only 1 -2 minute drive from the ferry. On that subject it is proposed a 400 metre bridge will be built soon to link the Island to the main land and that Phang Nga airport should be built here. If and when that changes from proposal to certainty, prices will boom.

 

There are already 6 resorts completed on the west coast and Novotel have just bought a large plot and will commence construction soon. There are also two developments,

one under construction which has 8 villas for sale (30-32 million baht) and 12 condos (8-10 million baht) and another one about to commence construction.
