The property is a Colonial style, single storey dwelling designed for people in their mature years. The house size 2,066sq.metres and consists of 3 bedrooms, all en suite.

Bedroom 1 & 2 are the same size 27sq.m (including the bathroom) with an inter-

The 8m x 4m swimming pool is a few steps off the veranda. This is a Des
Joyeaux swimming pool and the filtration system is all in the white box forming
the diving board. It is an absolutely efficient system and easy to maintain.
The company, Des Joyeaux, have a travelling shop which calls twice a month with
accessories and chemicals.

Surrounding the pool and to the front of the veranda the area is sand washed.
In one corner there is a feature outdoor pool shower and to the right of the
shower (about 4m) (see site layout) is an under cover BBQ area with two fire
areas. The BBQ is brick built and designed by the owners, the top is tiled and
there is an electrically operated rotary spit.

There are two wells. The second well was drilled last year, which was the
driest year in 50 years, and the well reaches the water table. The original
well is 14m deep (with a deep well pump) and was hand dug, the new one
is 19.5m deep and was drilled and has a submersible pump. Both wells work in
conjunction with each other and fill the 3000L tank in the water tower attached
to the back of the garage. This is gravity fed to the house and garden outlets
with great success.

There is a large storeroom as an integral part of the garage, and the 3mx3m
room below the water tower, which is also an integral part of the garage
building, is the workshop area.

The gardens are mature and well maintained. No expense has been spared in
creating this wonderland. To the rear of the property the owners have planted
fruit trees – mango, papaya, mangostine, limes and tangerines.

The entire property is surrounded by walls and flowering hedges offering total
seclusion.
